Mould Treatment
Mould is a life form and although some moulds are toxic all are
allergenic.
Even the toxic moulds only produce toxins when under attack
Natural attack is from other moulds and bacteria and moulds can release very powerful toxins to
fight each other which is why you usually only see one or two different types
of mould dominating a damp or wet home.
Other attack which may trigger toxin or allergen release include drying or desiccation
or the application of fungicides and poisons such as bleach.
It is generally recognised that no chemical process can kill all mould and neutralise
their allergenic or toxic properties in normal application protocols.
Bleach for example may require total submersion of mould
affected materials for 15 minutes or more and then requires rinsing in acetone
to remove cancer causing residue.

You might kill mould but the chemical toxins or allergens
from the body of the spore will remain to be inhaled.
You must remove the mould and this includes spores and their fragments and this can only be achieved by competent controls and thorough decontamination.
